I’m a middle school student. I've changed a lot in the past few years.
I used to be shy. My face used to turn red when i talk with others. In class, I used to be quiet and didn't ask and answer questions.After school, I used to walk alone and just smiled when I met neighbours.
Now, I'm more outgoing than I used to . I 'm active in class and I can read text aloud before class.
The biggest change in my life was to communicate with my classmate well.

Water is important in making your brain cells and every organ in your body work properly.And eating in front of the computer and staying there after meals.
These are only some of them. For the sake of our health.we should conquer all ofthese bad eating habits.
